About us
A Westchester Crew, Not a Call Center
We've been working on this county's roofs since 2004 — through nor'easters, ice dam seasons and a lot of leaking chimneys that didn't need a new roof.
How we got here
Started because the honest option was hard to find
Second-generation roofers, raised on Westchester jobs — and tired of what homeowners were being sold.
Our crew grew up in the trade here. Two generations of climbing ladders on this county's housing stock teaches you things a certification course can't: which 1920s slate roofs in Bronxville are still sound, why the Tudors in Scarsdale trap moisture the way they do, and how a 2/12 porch roof behind a 1990s colonial will always leak if someone shingles it.
What we kept seeing was simpler than that. Homeowners were being quoted full replacements for flashing failures. They were being told a roof "had another year" when it had another eight. They were calling back three weeks later and nobody answered. The technical work wasn't the problem — the recommendations were.
So we built the company around the boring parts: show up when scheduled, get on the roof, photograph what's wrong, put the price in writing, and recommend the smaller job when the smaller job is the durable one. That's the whole business model. It's less profitable per visit and it's why people call us back and send their neighbours.
Today we work across all of Westchester County on asphalt, slate, cedar, metal, tile and flat roofs — repairs, restorations and full replacements — with the same standard whether the job is a two-hour flashing rebuild or a thirty-square tear-off.
Licensed, insured, and working Westchester County since 2004.

How we work
Four rules we don't break
Every company has values on its website. These are the ones that show up in how a job is actually run.
01
Diagnose before quoting
Nobody on our team is paid to sell a replacement. The inspection comes first, the evidence comes second, and the recommendation follows from both.
02
Write it down
Every scope, price and warranty is in writing before work begins. If something changes underneath the roof, you hear it from us first — with a photo.
03
Respect the property
Tarps on the beds, plywood on the deck, cleanup every day and a magnet sweep at the end. Your house is not a construction site.
04
Stay reachable
The same number answers before, during and after the job. Follow-up visits happen because we're local, not because we're doing you a favour.
